The Next Move Intensive

A private 2- hours virtual strategy session

There are seasons when something is clearly shifting.

You may be approaching retirement or reconsidering your career. Navigating the new AI world or recognizing that the version of you that was built to survive needs to be released? These are times when we question ourselves and our self-worth.

From the outside, everything still works. Internally, you know you are not in the same place anymore.

Most women at this stage already know what no longer fits. What feels harder is facing what comes next. That in-between space creates overthinking, hesitation, and pressure that does not need to be there.

Clarity does not come from more thinking. It comes from making a decision.

The Next Move Intensive is a private 120-minute strategic session designed to help you define what this shift is asking of you and decide what comes next with precision.

In the intensive, we will:

→ Identify exactly where you are and the identity shifts necessary to move forward.

→ Separate emotion from fact so you can see clearly where you are without judgment.

→ Engage the MVP Method for clarity and self-acceptance

→ Receive an end-of-session summary and recording

→ Establish a focused 30-day game plan you can execute immediately

You will leave with a clear, aligned decision you can stand in and act on without second-guessing yourself.

Yes, you are established, accomplished, and self-aware, but you know you have been stuck in this space longer than you should. Not only is it draining your energy, delaying your next level, and keeping you in a version of your life that no longer fits.

The investment is $750.

If you are at a point where continuing to think about it is no longer working, and you are ready to make a clear decision about what comes next, schedule your intensive below.

Writer · Storyteller · Reinvention Strategist

Monica Wisdom is a writer, storyteller, and reinvention strategist who helps accomplished women make clear, strategic decisions at pivotal moments in their lives.

Her work focuses on what happens when success no longer feels aligned. When a woman has built something real, but knows she is no longer the same person who built it.

For more than three decades, Monica has worked across music, publishing, and beauty, collaborating with artists, entrepreneurs, and global brands including The Isley Brothers, Marla Gibbs, Sebastian International, Carole’s Daughter, just to name a few.  She understands how influence works, how trust is built, and how perception shapes opportunity. More importantly, she understands how women think at a high level, especially in moments of transition.

Writing has always been at the center of her work. Long before any platform, it was how she processed, observed, and made sense of the world. That discipline of clear thinking became the foundation of her voice.

She is the creator and host of Black Women Amplified, a globally recognized podcast featuring conversations with women shaping business, culture, and leadership. With more than two million views, the show has become a trusted space for honest, thoughtful dialogue with some of the nations leaders, artists, and innovators including Richelle Carey, Tonya Pinkins, Eric Roberson, Jayne Allen, Rissi Palmer, Elaine Meryl Brown, Rhonda McLean, and Lisane Basquiat.

Through years of listening, advising, and working closely with women, Monica identified a consistent pattern. At a certain level of success, many women reach a point where their life still works, but no longer reflects who they are now. The challenge is not starting over. The challenge is deciding what comes next.

Her work is built around that moment.

Through writing, speaking, and private advisory sessions, she helps women see clearly, think strategically, and make decisions they can stand in.

This is not about reinvention for the sake of change. It is about using experience as leverage and moving with clarity, authority, and intention.

When that shift happens, everything changes.

She moves differently.
